MultiOS, Cloud Connector, API Gateway, Cloud RADIUS, RadSec

Maintenance Window Time: 00:30 AM to 06:30 AM CDT (UTC -5)

MultiOS

During the 'MultiOS' update, you might notice a minimal degradation in MultiOS as Portal, public pages, device reporting and Publisher will be unavailable for 15 minutes between 00:30 AM and 04:30 AM CDT (UTC -5).

Cloud Connector & API Gateway

During the 'Cloud Connector' services update. You might notice a minimal degradation in Cloud Connector services for 10 minutes between 00:30 AM and 03:30 AM CDT (UTC -5).

Cloud RADIUS

During the 'Cloud RADIUS' services update. End users may experience intermittent issues for 5 mins between 00:30 AM and 04:30 AM CDT (UTC -5), when connecting to their Wi-Fi or VPN network, but the device will automatically retry and eventually connect to the Wi-Fi.

RadSec 

During the 'RadSec' services update. End users may experience intermittent issues for 10 mins between 00:30 AM and 03:30 AM CDT (UTC -5), when connecting to their Wi-Fi or VPN network, but the device will automatically retry and eventually connect to the Wi-Fi.
