Maintenance Window Time: 01:00 AM to 06:00 AM CDT (UTC -5)

MultiOS

During the 'MultiOS' update, You might notice a minimal degradation in MultiOS as Portal, public pages, device reporting and Publisher will be unavailable for 15 minutes between 01:00 AM and 05:00 AM CDT (UTC -5).

Cloud Connector & API Gateway

During the 'Cloud Connector' & 'API Gateway' services update. You might notice a minimal degradation in their services for 10 minutes between 01:00 AM and 04:00 AM CDT (UTC -5). 

Cloud RADIUS

During 'Cloud Radius' service update. End users may experience intermittent issues for 5 minutes between 01:00 AM and 05:00 AM CDT (UTC -5). During this period, devices attempting to connect to Wi-Fi or VPN networks may encounter brief disruptions; however, they will automatically retry and connect.

RadSec

During the 'RadSec' services update. End users may experience intermittent issues for 10 mins between 01:00 AM and 05:00 AM CDT (UTC -5). During this period, devices attempting to connect to Wi-Fi or VPN networks may encounter brief disruptions; however, they will automatically retry and connect.
