We use the Globalsign timestamp service to timestamp our codesigned binaries during the publishing of our Network Profiles. This service was timing out, so we have reconfigured our timestamping service to use the Digicert timestamp server instead and restored functionality after doing a full sanity on our binaries.
This only affected the Publishing of the Network Profiles in our Management Portal, which would fail. There was no impact for your End Users as failure to publish a Network Profile does not affect the existing public Landing pages.
Our services are experiencing intermittent functionality issues. We are currently working diligently to restore complete functionality soon. Thank you for your patience.
